Return Process

  Log into your DVL Shop account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
